RARUK Automation, which specialises in collaborative and industrial robots, automation and feeding systems, and its sister company R A Rodriguez, a leading supplier of bearings, gears, drives and actuators, saw their combined turnover increase by 44% in 2018 stated holding company RARUK Holdings.
The staffing levels are also up by 33% said the group, with the latest recruit Joshua Daramola (above) joining RARUK Automation as a technician providing technical applications advice and training.
Daramola has an honours degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Warwick and is now working with RARUK Automation to gain essential field experience before completing a Master’s Degree in the subject.
A statement from the the holding company said: “With the trend in business growth predicted to continue at pace, both companies will be relocating to new premises later in 2019. The purchase of a new building has already been made to provide 50% greater capacity that will allow the creation of a dedicated showroom and technical applications’ development centre.”
